Lulu Spain was deigned the "Queen of Sold" by her clients and fellow agents because of her uncanny ability to match buyers with their dream home quickly, easily, and at the best possible price. She is a Life Member of the Brunswick-Golden Isles Million Dollar Club. Although Lulu has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative title, she loves working with sellers and sharing with them the buyer's point of view.
A Georgia native, Lulu has lived on beautiful St. Simons Island since 1990 and has been involved in real estate, first as a licensed Property Manager,
since 1994. Prior to 1990 Lulu made her living in professional show business! She became a member of Atlanta's famed "Wit's End Players"
satirical group (started by Dick Van Dyke) and after many years of success in all of Atlanta's theatre venues (the Alliance Theatre, Theatre Under the Stars, Gene and Gabe's Cabaret to name a few) she moved to the Big Apple.
Lulu made it to Broadway in Tommy Tune's hit musical "Nine", starring Raul Julia, which won the Tony Award for best musical of 1982 and performed in the entire two year Broadway run. She has been featured in movies, TV (Guiding Light and In the Heat of the Night), and many TV commercials and has appeared in plays and musicals in all but six states in the continental USA.
"After all those years of travel I now know that there must be no better place on earth to work and play then right here on the Georgia Coast. I feel honored to be able to share with all of you a lifestyle that is both beautiful and refined. Be it a cottage or a castle, there is a perfect place for you here in the Golden Isles of Georgia, and I promise to help you find it."
